This is the third Star Noodle location in Lahaina I have dined at and this new incarnation is as good or better than the other two. I am so glad I was able to dine at Star Noodle again to enjoy old favorites and try a new dish.

We had an early dinner - first seating at 430. We ate starters including; Vietnamese crepe, papaya salad, garlic noodles and ahi. Cocktails were delicious. We enjoy Star-noodle each visit to Maui.
