   Excellent service and great guidance regarding selection. Food was outstandingly delicious and interesting too. The cocktail offerings looked creative; I wish that I had had one! The reception was warm and friendly and unrushed. Very attractive interior design and artwork/photographs. Very enjoyable time was had by all.

   Drink were incredible but took half an hour. Food was ok nothing outstanding. There was a magician walking around found card tricks that was highly entertaining.

   Everything was great except long wait for cocktails came after all food came out, but our server was nice mentioned his name and had taken care of us about it!

   First the good--this is a very aesthectically pleasing restaurant. Great decor and general ambience. Quite lively on Chirstmas as might be expected. Our waitperson (Fernando) was friendly and properly attentive. The food tastes fantastic and the drinks made well. Now the bad--and we know it was Christmas so we forgive things like length of time to get the food. The food delivery was an absolute disaster. My wife ordered a salad and an entree. Both came out at the same time for some reason and she ordered the salad with dressing on the side but it came drenched. They willingly remade it but her warm entree needed to be eaten before the remade salad came back. And then it was bare--nothing but greens--which is not how it is supposed to come. My food did not arrive until after well after my wife was finished dining and then it was supposed to be a soup and an entree and only the entree arrived. I cancelled the soup and they did take the salad off the bill. So plenty of good to say but the mishandled serving really detracted from the experience.

   I understand that it’s Christmas, and service might be impacted due to staffing issues. However, during the two hours we were there, we only saw our server once. She never checked in to see if we needed anything, and we experienced long waits for both our food and the check. The dessert we ordered never arrived and had to be removed from the bill at the end. Most of the dishes were overly salty. The most disappointing was the Royal Crown Fried Rice—it looked amazing in the picture, which is why I ordered it, but what arrived was nothing like the photo. On the plus side, it was the only dish that wasn’t too salty, though it still wasn’t appetizing. This was our first time here, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

   Great experience. Loved the ambiance. Had mixed feelings regarding the service. The server who was a shorter woman with a tattoo on the side of her neck was really terrific, kept checking on us, and made our experience more enjoyable. The other woman server (assigned to our table) seemed to be avoiding, and was very passive aggressive in her response after trying to politely order from her but ending up asking the other woman server instead due to the fact she seemed to be avoiding us.
