We had breakfast around 9am. I had higher expectations coming from one of the top rated restaurants. The food was good but plain. Our waitress took our order, brought us food and the bill- that’s it. Brought the check before we could even ask for a coffee refill. Good location and ambience. May be better for dinner.

Pork chop-phenomenal. Seafood gnocchi- outrageously delicious. My only recommendation for the establishment would be filtered tapwater.

Omelet was way overcooked (think very brown and rubbery) during brunch and the did not bring toast that we ordered. Was not a good experience but the restaurant is conveniently located and had good coffee.

As a very picky eater I didn’t have great expectations but I was pleasantly surprised, generous dishes cooked to perfection. When you pair scallops with perfectly cooked rissotto or a filo crusted halibut and still moist and flavorful is a win. Give a try to their octopus as well. A must return place for sure The Thorns

Disappointed. Very loud setting. Luke warm she-crab soup. Short rib was very fatty - poor cut of meat. Unlikely to return.
