Spoon & Spindle is located in historic Orange, Virginia in a nearly 100 year old silk mill. Spearheaded by Chef Zachary Andrews, Spoon & Spindle serves seasonal menus for brunch, lunch, & dinner as well as ever-updating craft cocktails, local wines, and unique beers. Our current menu includes fan favorites like the Cochon de Bon, a French Creole inspired dish. Our current Chef's Specials also include Steak Frites, Étouffée, Crawfish Fried Rice, and much more. Our popular brunch menu includes favorites like the Hangover Hash, Ham Benedict, Breakfast Fried Rice, Chicken & Waffles, and much, much more. Once again the food and services were incredible! Our guests had the crab cake Benedict and the egg fried rice. My husband also had the egg fried rice I had grits with black angus beef. Each meal was fantastic!

Cute little restaurant! We were happy overall with food and service. Some details were missed for the price, no dairy free creamer for coffee or bacon didn't come with the eggs. But very delicious meal.

What a gem! We made reservations which ended up being 15 minutes before closing for brunch service. We were graciously welcomed in and had the space to ourselves for most of the time. Food was delicious. We shared an order of beignets...crispy and warm with a generous amount of confectioners sugar. We each had something different, all were amazing. We all chose from the brunch menu. Carnivore scramble was spicy with just the right amount of meat to eggs ratio. Biscuits were dense and generously sized. Hangover hash was also good mix of potatoes, eggs, and meat. Eggs sardou was the star--the sauce was amazing. Service was excellent, well attended but not overly solicitous. Highly recommend!

Second visit to Spoon & Spindle and it was excellent again. Had brunch. Fried Green Tomatoes were outstanding. Drinks were excellent and main course were delicious. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Our ladies group thoroughly enjoyed lunch at Spoon and Spindle today. We were treated like vip's and the food was delicious. The service was great and we will definitely visit again.

Excellent food and service in this gem that is tucked away in the lovely town of Orange, VA. Staff was so friendly, relaxed and professional! Food was yummy and especially note that the french fries (which i believe are hand-cut) were HOT, delicious and a generous portion. Had the BanM. chicken sandwich and meat was tender and flavorful, but not overstuffed -- proportion and ratio of filling to bread was perfect. In a time when food is expensive and often inconsistent, this was a hit!

The restaurant is small and friendly. The staff is attentive and helpful. We had crab cakes, a salad and pork and all were excellent. By 7pm it was packed - many regulars- so clearly we are not the only ones who like it. It is casual rather than fancy which also appeals to us.
