Verfeinert mit Wein und einem Schuss Kirsch schmelzen wir drei ausgewählte Käsesorten im Schweizer Caquelon (Fonduetopf). Dazu reichen wir Salat, Drillinge, Cornichons, Silberzwiebeln und reichlich Brot. Bestellbar ab 2 Personen und mindestens einen Tag im Voraus.
