   Virtual booth was a joke and was WAY overpriced. Didn't work 95% of the time. 100% do not recommend EVER booking a virtual booth.

   I have been here several times and had amazing service and food. To the point where I have purchased gift certificates for friends. However tonight was by far the worst experience ever! It took 30min to get our drinks out. We ordered apps and dinner at the same time, but made sure to say we would like the apps first, we realized it was Saturday evening and the restaurant was busy. However our server rarely checked on us, I had to go find the manager to let her know we had yet to receive our drinks or our apps. The manager came to the table and at that point our dinner was being served, still no drinks and no apps. We finally got our first round of drinks and then the app we order came out half way through our dinner. The server gave no apology or explanations. The manager apologized blaming a large party inside the restaurant. Which I'm not sure how that impacted our lack of drinks and service. Food I get, but other tables seemed to be getting their drinks in a timely fashion. I am not one to ever expect a meal to be fully comped but maybe at least a round of drinks (that we waited for for 30min) or maybe the app that came out half way through our main course. I will say we originally ordered 3 apps and since our dinner came out first we canceled 2 of them. The food was very good, the only redeeming factor to our dinner experience. But I will definitely be reconsidering having dinner here on a Saturday evening, customer service and patron appreciation was absolutely awful. I have been in food service for a long time and this was just terrible.

   Great time playing virtual games. Tried several appetizers and none disappointed. Great outdoor stage area with live music. We’ll definitely be back

   Went expecting a fun Gametime environment, it was dead. Food was good but on the patio we were forgotten

   Overcharged for drinks, and the waitress took quite a bit of time to check in on us . The food was decent and the vibe was nice but the fluorescent lights and loud music took away from the supposedly “chill” atmosphere

   The food atmosphere was great and our server Jesse was awesome!! Definitely will be going back but they do need to add the option to have blended drinks.

   Surprised at level of service, as I typically do not get great service in Cedar Park. It was very noisy, but food was excellent.
