I will not be attending in the future. To ad as a brunch, should be revisited.

The quality of the food was poor, as well as the selection of food for Mother’s Day brunch. If you enjoy your mimosa with a whisper of sparkling, they have you covered. The ratio was such that my kids wouldn’t know they weren’t drinking straight OJ, it was bottomless OJ. Only thing missing at this brunch was a white Bronco because this brunch killed me. The prime rib was flabby, and lacked any flavor. The omelet station was turning out overcooked eggs that were dry. The pastry section was on par with preboxed pastries from a grocery’s store. The pastas, veggies, and other brunch items were what would expect from Marie Callender’s frozen dinners. The desserts were from a grocery store, and not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The brunch lacked vision, execution, and oh yea, flavor. Oh the service, well if the service team would actually bus the table between courses of the buffet, they would get a few more stars. As for refills for beverages, nope. Clean linen? Haha, had to get them myself. I was about to start bussing my own table, and the others next to me so we could “enjoy” desserts with the kids. For $250, it was a rip off, and not what I would like to honor my wife and the mother of my children with on Mother’s Day. I understand food and beverage is a tough business, but this was by far the worst brunch experience I’ve ever had.

We order the king Salmon, but it arrived at our table looking charred and unappetizing. The fish was dry and had a bitter taste, indicating it had been overcooked. This was particularly disappointing as salmon is a dish that requires precision and care to prepare properly.

Staff seemed to be in a rush. Never had a chance to order mimosas. Food was good for the most part, almost all of the desserts were just ok/bland.

The cost of the Easter brunch went up but the quality and variety of the food went down. This no longer feels like a good value for Easter brunch.
