   Our first time here and service and food were very good. Food and drinks were quickly served and the depth of flavor exceeded expectations. We ate after seeing a movie at the LOT just a block away and we were able to walk there without the need to re park. Very convenient.

   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Solare and it was an unforgettable experience. This Michelin-rated Italian restaurant perfectly balances authenticity, quality, and charm. There is a warm and inviting atmosphere with soft lighting and thoughtful details that make the space feel intimate and cozy. The food is outstanding. High quality ingredients are used create authentic Italian flavors. Seafood is locally sourced and the pasta is handmade. We really enjoyed the unique dessert dishes as well. The owner personally greeted us and shared stories about the inspiration behind the dishes, adding a personal touch that made us feel like honored guests. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. If you’re looking for an Italian dining experience that combines exceptional food, a welcoming ambiance, and heartfelt hospitality, Solare is a must visit.

   From the moment we entered Solare we all felt the warm, friendly inviting ambiance. The hostess was professional and kind to my friends making them feel right at home. Our server promptly came to our table and introduced himself. All of are dishes were excellent beautifully presented. My scamp was the best I ever have had, the others dishes Caesar salad and squash blossoms outstanding. We are definitely coming back. The wine list is exceptional. Something for every palate. We give Solare 5 stars!

   Overrated Dump...We made a reservation for Dinner at a7PM to eat in the Dining room and arrived at 6:30.We spoke to the Hostess upon arrival that we wanted a nice table.She suggested a table for 4 as the dining room was not full.We met the obnoxious bartender and had a drink before dining. When we were about to be seated the hostess apologized there were no more available tables in the main dining room and they could seat us at a table in the bar.We declined there offer and they found us a table in the Main Dining Room .The food and wine was good and a great value. Unfortunately we would not go back due to the poor management and shared bathrooms in the Shopping/Dining Establishment.

    Ok, so I prefer to give the bad news first and end with the positive. The food was luke warm and to me lacked depth. Over priced and the place was very loud. We took my in-laws here for their 54th anniversary. I ordered the Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci, which comes in a light butter sage sauce. I could not taste the sage at all but overall it was good. My father in-law ordered the sword fish. It was over cooked for sure and like warm. Nothing to get excited over. My daughter ordered the butternut squash soup which was luke warm and lacked complexity. Two in our group ordered pizzas which were just ok. As someone who has spent years traveling around Italy this was disappointing. On that note the appetizers were very good and the service was fantastic! The wine options were very impressive. That said given that Bouna Forchetta is just around the corner and is half the price but packs so much more flavor and depth I cannot justify coming back here. I wanted to love you! I truly did!
