   We have been there several times and this time it felt different. The waiters were not as nice and attentive as other times and we felt rushed. Maybe it was because they had a large table afterwards. Also, the orange juice was dreadful.

   Hi Andres, We're so sorry to hear that our team wasn't as attentive as usual. We will make sure to bring it to their attention that this was something out of character that was noticed by returning guests. We appreciate you specifically mentioning the Orange Juice and will look into it right away. We do juice oranges here so hopefully it was just a small batch of oranges that weren't up to par, but this time of year we can never be too vigilant.    Our waitstaff was very pleasant. I loved my burger. Menu had enough choices for those in my group who wanted something traditional as well as for those who wanted to try something a little different (sticky rice starter). Felt comfortable in the room. Would visit again.

   Service was outstanding. They offered to move us from a table to a booth, which we accepted. Great wine and ambience. Highly recommend as a date spot!

   Meal was okay, but nothing out of ordinary. My wife ordered strip steak but asked for half portion which waiter said couldn't be done, but when served it was in two pieces. So could have saved half which she didn't eat. Very noisy room.

   Hi Mike, We realize that it can be frustrating when there is more food than you can eat and acknowledge that finding the right portion size can be a real challenge. We do have some considerations that restrict us to serve only a complete and full dish. Please do not hold it against your waiter. Our Chef puts a lot of care and attention into composing our menu offerings, he works with farms and specialty purveyors to get the best ingredients and with extremely few exceptions everything is cooked from scratch. We apologize that our limitations did not fit your needs and hope that you understand. Hoping that you have a wonderful day and that you consider coming back and giving some of our smaller dishes a chance.

   Excellent ambience, food and service. The steak could’ve done with more herbs and less salt. Otherwise better than most.

   This was my first time at Society Cafe and I will certainly be back. We decided to sit in the lobby as there was live music being performed. The tables there are designed for cocktails so it was a bit tight, but we made it work. The music was worth the very minor inconvenience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the steak and it was so incredibly tender.

   The chef, Nick Mc Cann, does an incredible job bringing farm fresh cuisine to the table. He is also willing to have a conversation about the food and culture of great food. We love Society Hill, fantastic place to eat and enjoy an evening.
