   My wife and I went for a date night to try a new place. We try a new one each month and this month was Sliced. I had the Pastrami sandwich and my wife had the Bison burger. Both were well prepared and cooked to perfection. As we eat with our eyes first, I noticed the meals were plated neatly on slabs instead of plates which was a cool look. The service staff was very helpful, cheery and polite. Overall this was a great dining experience for us and we will be back again.

   Great experience with great service. Only issue was creme brulee was chunky. Everyone was so nice and accommodating especially with all the large groups for Ragnar. Thank you for the great hospitality.

   We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from WWU. First of all, we had a reservation for 11 people, which is a lot in itself. It was for 6:45, but graduation got finished a lot sooner than expected, so I called Sliced about coming early, and without any hesitation they said yes! The waitresses and hostesses were all so sweet, and congratulatory. Everyone in our party got something different from the menu, and it was all delicious. We also had multiple cocktails, which were equally awesome. I would highly recommend Sliced for anytime, party or no party! We are definitely going back!

   We went here before going to see a show. It looks like a chain restaurant but I don’t think it is. It has a game room for kids inside. It’s not very elegant. Our waitress was nice but we ordered our drinks and it took tewnty five minutes to get our drinks. They ended up coming out with our meal. My husband ordered the pork belly trio which was $16 and I ordered the halibut risotto which was $35 and we each had ordered a drink. The food was good but I’m not sure that what I was served was halibut, but the risotto was different than I’ve ever had and it had a really good flavor. I wasn’t that fond of steamed vegetables I think they could do better. I felt the drinks were mediocre. My husband also had a glass of wine. The manager was very nice and took care of us after this. I am not sure that I would go here again I think for most people it would be fine. I just don’t think I would ever go back.

   Yum! All around great experience. Server was attentive and on top of things. Menu was extensive and everything we ordered was fantastic. Only problem is not enough stomach capacity to try all the things on the menu. Will be back!

   The food here is unbelievably good when contrasted with what the building exterior and interior look/feel like. This place was incredible.

   A friend and I had dinner at Sliced on Saturday, 11/19 at 6:00pm. Dining room was les than half full, but noise level was rather high. That may say more about the clients who were there rather than the restaurant itself. The menu is extensive, and that may be part of my issue with it. With so many choices, perhaps there is a lack of focus on actually preparing the food. I had the 2 piece Southern Fried chicken with fried potato wedges. The chicken had good flavor, one piece was way overcooked. I think the chef had fried the wing portion at the same time as the breast. The much larger breast was overdone as well, but not as badly. The chicken was served on top of the potato wedges. The resulting steam left them limp almost immediately. My friend had Halibut and Chips. The fish looked like hot dog sized fish sticks. Not what he expected. His sweet potato tots were good. Our server was cheerful did a good job. On the whole, it wasn't awful, but it wasn't very good either. Sliced needs to step it up if they are going to become part of my regular rotation of eateries.

   Like Boston Pizza, but the pizza itself isn't as good. Not horrible, but their sauce needs some work.
