At Sleepys we lovingly operate as both a cafe during the day, and as a wine bar during nights. This peace has been shattered recently however, with both Night Chef Steve and Day Chef Jacob competing over who the better chef is. To find out once and for all, we're hosting a Night Chef vs Day Chef popup, where it'll be a set menu of $65, you'll get 3 savoury dishes and 1 dessert from both chefs, and at the end YOU'LL vote to which set of dishes were the best. There can only be one Best Chef at Sleepys, and we're asking for your help to decide this! For this, this popup won't be able to cater to dietaries unfortunately. We'll write and share the menus in advance, but meat/dairy/seafood will be present unfortunately.

One of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne, Sleepys effortlessly balances all the best parts of your casual local and the fine dining place you book months in advance. The food, the ambience, and the service; Sleepys is a packaged culinary experience, a venue that’ll have you leave with both your heart and your stomach full.
