   Not sure where to begin. Wrong menu was given to one of us so the drink ordered could not be provided but was not known for a while. Reordered and took forever for the cappacino. Mimosa arrived halfway through meal though ordered at the start (very few tables were occupied). Portions are small and food is okay. Window tables were available throughout our whole 8:30 am reservation yet we were seated in the middle with no view. The server was sweet enough but it did not compensate for the other areas that need work. I’d avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else in the future.

   Dined here multiple times and never had any sort of issue! We spent $400 on drinks and some apps, and while the overall experience was amazing—as it always is at JG SkyHigh—the service fell short this time. Our server seemed disinterested, rarely checked in, and gave off an agitated attitude that made us uncomfortable asking for anything. At an upscale restaurant like this, the service should elevate the experience, not take away from it. We’ll definitely be back, but hope for a more welcoming server next time.

   I had a 5:15 reservation but found space at the bar, Dan and the team behind the bar were very sweet and made the best mocktails. I had a great first time trip to Philadelphia, I will be back!

    “It’s a great experience for anyone—especially for someone who has never been to Philadelphia. The ambience, the drink selection and the views are spectacular.
