Venue was beautiful and warranted higher prices but service did not match price.

Service - Terrible. I ordered for my 8 yr old a plain Wagyu hamburger - MW. When ordered, I stated: just a burger, bun, and fries - nothing else. No sauces, tomatoes, not even ketchup. The server repeated the order back to me. Party of 4- the kitchen brought out the adult meals first, then after another 7 or so minutes, the third meal (chicken and waffles) came out... There was no mention of where our burger was, and I just asked the food runner - if the burger is delayed, can you please send out the fries? The food runner said okay - but no follow up. 15 minutes after 3 out of 4 of use having our food, our server comes by and says: - "The kitchen finished the burger, and are making the fries now." - Perhaps the food runner forgot - I said nothing. It was ODD we would be waiting on fries, but I did not want to complain. - 20 min later, the server brought my 8 yr old her food. We immediately noticed, there was something white and looked as if cheese had been scrapped off her hamburger. I physically got up to show the server - before she walked off. When I showed the server, she shrugged said - that's just butter. They butter the bread. (I had ordered a PLAIN burger and been explicit.) - Again, I said nothing and was like - okay, we will see how it goes. The server offered nothing of assistance, and I used one of the cloth napkins to wipe off the butter. My child took a 'no thk you bite' but she would not eat her meal. - Ironically, the manager stopped by our table and asked if we needed anything Not wanting to complain, I said nothing. - The manager noticed my child was not eating her meal. The server returned and said "MY MANGER noticed she (my child) does not like her food and wanted me to offer something else." My daughter did not want a meal - she is now turned off with the food. I asked perhaps she would have a dessert? We were offered a scoop of gelato. Coffee - no sugar, Toast - no butter, Dessert - no spoons

I went in expecting overpriced generic tasting Asian Thai food but I knew from my bite of the dumplings app that they were the real deal. And the decor and ambiance...ughhhh, loved it!! The bday dessert my daughter recieved literally melted in our mouths!! I would be back again for sure!!

Seafood was cold when I got drunken noodle and it was too hard to get attention to server when I need something.

The service was disappointing. Our server spilled a drink while setting it down on our table, and despite asking multiple times for napkins to clean it up, we never received any. We also struggled to get refills on our drinks, no matter how often we asked. When we inquired about the “cake of the day” on the dessert menu, the server simply said they didn’t know and walked away. To make matters worse, the minimum tip allowed on a credit card was 20%, which felt unreasonable given the lack of attention we received.

The food was good but they fell short with service and quality. We ordered the lettuce wraps which came with a tiny sliver of iceberg lettuce that had the core attached. We couldn’t even make one wrap out of what they gave us so we asked for more lettuce and the waitress said it was $5 more. The Branzino with garlic chili sauce was very good and the curry chicken was just ok.

Ate at the bar and bartenders provided great service. I recommend the Tyson Sour and an Espresso Martini with Cognac. The food was flavorful (especially the curry puffs), but the lamb chops were over cooked and the toffee cake was a bit stale. Overall good experience.
