   We have visited this Simply Fondue location a few times over the years and it NEVER disappoints!! They were having an Easter special today and we were delighted to participate. We were met and seated by the friendly manager, who was incredibly accommodating and informative. Our server, Erica G was absolutely precious!!! She made our experience complete with her dazzling personality and wonderful menu recommendations!! I can’t say enough about this place and this staff. What a wonderful meal we had!!

   Everything was great! Think about your entree/meat choices carefully, some are better than others, but all of the fondue was truly incredible! We had the French onion Swiss and the Midnight Dark Chocolate, it was delectable. And our server, Ava, was very knowledgeable and very kind!

   What a great experience. A+ all around, with amazing food and the best service. The name is a bit misleading though. We thought it was a fondue only place, but you have the option to do a grill at your table instead of a pot. It should be called "Simply Fondue & Grill" haha. We will be back often!

   We love the ‘full experience’ at simply fondue but tonight we decided to just do cheese and dessert and it was perfect! We also had an Open Table reward which made the evening a great experience for a great price. Thank you Open Table!

   While they simply used to be amazing, the menu has changed for the worse. While I understand that inflation has affected many things, the price definitely has gone up and the menu changed drastically. Options they had for over a decade are gone and don’t seem to be coming back. They had a lot of new options on the menu, but they didn’t seem as well seasoned as before. The service was very poor for the price, we had to wait 7-10 minutes for drink refills like water. This is also not the place to have a server that has never served before alone. I don’t mind new servers, but normally they are paired with a trained server to assist and assure they are doing well, but that was not the case. We were celebrating a birthday, put that on the reservation, but it was never acknowledged or even inquired about. For the price, we won’t be coming back, there are many places we will be going if we want to spend this kind of money, but it won’t be here anymore.

   We had the most extraordinary experience at Simply Fondue this week! We missed the daddy-daughter dance and were taking our girls out on a make-up date. We told the restaurant our plan and when we showed up the server put special flowers at our table and gave the girls little light up bracelets. It was the absolute sweetest experience!! Our server was phenomenal and guided us through the process with ease (we hadn't eaten fondue in years!). The food was great and our table was never in need of anything. We haven't experienced this level of service in a long time. Thank you to the incredible manager and the server who made our visit magical. They went way above what anyone could expect and delivered a memorable night we won't soon forget.

   It is always an experience there. Pricey? Yes. But it's always a fun experience. Highly recommended, especially for special occasions.

   I continue to go to Simply Fondue and every time it’s exceptional food and service! I highly recommend this restaurant for either special occasions or just a nice dinner outing. Will be back again sooner than later!

    Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Had a few bad experiences at the 'other' fondue place so decided we'd try this one even though it was farther away. We were very happy we gave it a shot. The food and service were great. Erica was super friendly and attentive. While it was all good, our favorites were the cheddar cheese fondue and the s'mores dessert chocolate with all the yummy dippers. Would highly recommend! Best fondue in the Dallas area.
