   Great experience all around. Menu was full of options and the plates as well as the drinks were beautiful. Everything tasted superb. We will be back for sure!

   The food was nice! However, my fish was cover cooked.. ☹️ it was to dry and no flavor. Great service and wine selections.

   Siempra Algo is consistently great. My Quail dish was amazing-sweet, salty and bitter(braised greens). My wifels braised lamb with polenta was just as great! The new Chick Pea fritter was pillowy and delicious! tasty wines and great service.

   My wife and I dined here for New Year’s Eve and would happily return while recommending it to others. The New Year’s Eve chef’s tasting menu was exceptional—easily five stars. My wife is celiac, and the restaurant accommodated her dietary needs effortlessly, which we greatly appreciated. While our server was friendly and attentive, the overall service fell short of what we’d expect at $115 per plate (before cocktails). Silverware was cleared after a course, but we had to ask multiple times to have it replaced. Additionally, one of our cocktails took 25 minutes to arrive, even after we followed up. Both the bartender and server did apologize, so this may have been an off night. Despite the service hiccups, the food was absolutely delicious and truly memorable. I would recommend this spot for a romantic date night or a dinner party with friends—it’s worth the visit

   We had a wonderful dinner with our sons at Siempre Algo last night. We loved seeing Kimber. Our server, Kristen was very professional and personable. Our favorite appetizer is the chicken liver pate' & pork terrine. We had the Lamb with Polenta and the Grilled Quail, which were prepared expertly. The Pistachio Cake with Meyer Lemon ice cream was a great finish for dinner. We love the ambience and carefully curated menu and the commitment that Chef Brian has for quality ingredients.

   Had a great dinner with friends. They still give a complimentary glass of bubbly at the start, which is very festive and welcome. The cocktails were very reasonably priced and creative. We started with the pate appetizer, which was served with fresh hot bread and was excellant. The main courses were also delicious. We got all got a different dish and each was well thought out and very good! Hadn’t been here in a while and really enjoyed the evening!

   I had the duck and my partner had the pork belly. Everything was amazing. Our server Erin was wonderful also and made good recommendations. We both had amazing cocktails too....I had an old fashion. The lemon ice cream with the pistachio cake was amazing!!

    We always enjoy Siempre Algo, but this dinner was particularly special. We tried lots of items we had never eaten before. I can heartily recommend the caviar on homemade chips, the shrimp tempura, the tuna tartar, and the affogato with fennel ice cream. All beyond delicious. Siempre Algo continues to be one of Pittsburgh's best and most innovative restaurants.
