   We made our first visit to Shun Lee on Christmas Eve, so this may not be fair review or a reflection of standard experiences there. It was VERY busy, and the bar service was apparently completely overwhelmed. We were seated in a small, quiet room off the main dining room. The two other parties in there had been waiting a long time for service of any kind. Finally a very nice server (who may have been a manager) showed up and took orders from all three tables. He told us that there had been a glitch in reservations from Open Table, and explained that the bar backup was causing all kinds of problems. Since we were seated later than the other two tables, we were shocked to get our drinks and food before the others did... maybe because we ordered wine so that no one had to mix any cocktails for us? Anyway, the food was good and came out faster than we expected. The servers were all obviously harried but did their best under the circumstances. We'll go back, I'm sure, but on a quiet weeknight.

   Always good food. Though terribly busy, our server got us what we needed Christmas Eve. Szechuan Chicken is the deal and great egg rolls.

   I am glad Sun Lee is in Lexington. The Portions are on—point, the Food delicious, and the Service is excellent. Because this is in the Woodlands, I know there is the same emphatisch on quality as at Frankie and Dinos. The Noise Level is wonderful. One can actually have a conversation here. Thanks, Shun Lee. See you again tonight on Christmas Eve.

    We were graciously welcomed, and the food was tasty with large portion sizes! We shared crab Rangoon, Seared pork dumplings and wonton soup to start. The orange chicken was crispy and flavorful. The menu had a spicy symbol next to it, but it wasn't too spicy. General Tso's chicken had great flavor, and the shrimp with broccoli was very fresh! We took home enough leftovers for a second meal with fried rice for everyone! Great service and amazing food!
