Shibahama is a traditional Japanese restaurant. Like many Tokyo restaurants, the dining area isn't very large. Shibahama offers a ten seat bar and then four small tables. In addition to its main area, Shibahama also offers a separate dining room that can be reserved for private use. The menu is split into three multi-course options. Diners can choose either a five course, six course, or seven course meal with the option to add alcohol on to it. Shibahama's most popular dishes are the sea bream, Confucius dumplings and boiled red snapper.

個室をご用意いただいたので落ち着いてお料理に舌鼓できました。お店の方も気さくで非常に居心地が良かったです。

いつもながらに、銀座での和食ではダントツのナンバーワンです。また、サービスも大変心温まります。

Very excellent intimate dining experience. Our waitress was delightful. A bit hard to find down some basement stairs without exterior signage but worth the effort.

友達と3人で伺いました。手が込んだ和食でおいしかったです。夜はお高めだと思いますが、昼はお得感があります。予約の際、特に指定しませんでしたが個室だったのでゆっくり話ができました。また行きたいです。あまり席数がないので早めの予約をおすすめします。

毎回鯛めしが楽しみで、今回も美味しかったです。残りをお弁当にしてもらい、翌日も楽しめました。その他も一品一品素材も味付けも素晴らしいです。

何回か利用させてもらって、とても気に入ってるお店です。今回は、ちょっと残念なことがありました。１時過ぎの入店でしたが、その後もお客様が絶えずホールをやられている女性も忙しそうでしたが、着席してお料理が3品目の時におしぼりが出てないことにきづきました。それと、食後のお茶をお願いしたんですが中々持ってこられず、再三お願いしました。やっと…と、思ったらずっと後ろに置いてあった急須からお茶を注いでるところを見てしまいました。やっぱり、思った通りかなりぬるかったです。連れて行った友人に、いつもはこんなことはないのよ！と謝る次第でした。
