Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. Among the signature dishes, you’ll be able to dive into are the Bloody Mary Ceviche; our Yellow Tartare, Smoked Tofu and Caviar; plus, the wonderful Enrygii Mushroom Tempura, with Summer Truffle and Aka Miso, as well as its King Crab and Bone Marrow counterpart. Sexy Fish’s interior is designed by the award-winning Martin Brudnizki Studio and includes a show-stopping fish tank. The luxurious dining room also houses amazing original artworks by legendary British artist Damien Hirst, as well as an installation from celebrated architect and designer Frank Gehry, whose 26 beautiful fish lamps play – and sway – beautifully to theme.

    Seating is available starting at 9pm- seating is at managements discretion. We require a deposit of $300 per person for the table which will be used towards your food and bottle service spend. Tax and service charge is not included. We require 48 hours notice for a full refund. Please know we will hold your reservation for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the reservation will be released.     Experience pure indulgence at our exquisite Sexy Sunday Brunch. Our elevated brunch offers a culinary journey where each guest is invited to choose their own delectable main course. Our extraordinary Sushi Station and Konro Japanese Grill station offers an opulent array of grilled meats and veggies as well as maki, sashimi, and nigiri. The experience culminates with show stopping dessert buffet. The cost is $68 per person for a 2 hour experience (tax and service charge is not included). Beverages and beverages packages are available a la carte.

    Decor and ambiance are so nice, cocktails are a 7/8 but the food is a 3/4. I was so disappointed bit at least I tried for lunch.

    One of the absolutely best dining experiences to date! Our evening at Sexy Fish was one to remember from phenomenal food, incredible service, and a fun, vibrant modern ocean theme. We loved every dish we tried between the A5 wagyu, duck and watermelon salad, sushi and sashimi, glazed pork belly, and more. The crème brûlée was decadent, and the staff ensured my boyfriend’s birthday celebration was one to remember!

    I booked for my daughter’s birthday dinner and left disappointed in the food and service. The fish was not fresh and the server was cold and unfriendly. We had two recommendations for this restaurant and after our experience we will not return.

    Instagramable people watching 10/10 if you’re into that kind of thing. Impressive fit out subsidised by average food (sweet flavour profile overwhelmed everything) and fake smile service who’s objective is to keep you spending or move you on. Smarter diners came for a couple of small plates a drink and the photo op and went somewhere better for the real meal.
