Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

    We have never been disappointed when we go there. We took some friends that had never been and loved every thing about it especially the food! We will all go back

    Absolutely fantastic in every way. This is our go-to place for family dinners. Excellent drinks - the service could not be better. Ben was fun and knowledgeable.

    As usual, the food was amazing. Our waiter, Chris, was lovely and very attentive. The ambience was fantastic and we had a lovely time.

    Once again a great experience. Food was phenomenal. Service was even better. This is one of the few restaurants in town that we frequent where it always checks all of the boxes every single time. What a feat.
