The hot appetizers were the best. And we had a nice quiet table in the rear for our party of 7.

Overall, our experience at Seray was fine. It was a Friday night; the restaurant was busy with a line of walk-in customers waiting. The inside of the restaurant is sleek and classy but small. Due to the size and layout of the restaurant, it's extremely loud and not really a good option for an intimate dinner. Our server Mohammed was polite, attentive, and provided us with great service. One interesting note, they do not offer a complementary dessert for a birthday which is a customary gesture at most if not all restaurants. If I were the owner, I would consider changing this policy and earning customer loyalty by offering this gesture. Lastly, the food was delicious but portion sizes versus value was not there, too expensive for what you actually receive.

The food was great, and the service was incredible. However, the tables were too close to each other and the noise level was so loud. My husband and I were hoping for a quiet date night but basically had to yell over the large party next to us (seated very closely) so that we can hear each other. I need to be in the right mood for this kind of vibe.

Overall, the service and ambience as well as the food were very good. I’ve never had a bad meal there. My only complaint was that their barista was out, and they brought me a Turkish coffee with all the sediments, and I had to return it. Also, the waiter brought me the check without me requesting for it, while we were still eating our desert and coffee. Other than that, everything was good. The portions are getting a little smaller, and the price is a little high, but the location and the ambience make up for it. It is definitely a good place to try if you like Lebanese food. We order several appetizers, hot and cold, Lebne, Kibeh, hummus, Tabouleh, Falafel, Spinach pie, stuffed grape leaves etc.. all of them were very good, the only one we weren’t thrilled about was the hummus, was lacking flavor. Other than that, everything was delicious. I’m already a regular & will return again 🙂

Anniversary dinner. My wife wanted to go here for some time. Mousa, our server, was fantastic. Great recommendations paired with our glasses of wine. Got 5-6 mezzes. The two unexpected modern twists on classics are the chicken shawarma sliders and halloumi. Outstanding. Cannot wait to go back!

Lovely atmosphere, well prepared dishes and truly a welcome addition to the dining landscape in Vienna. We ordered a selection of hot and cold appetizers along with a bottle of wine (for 2 people) and it was $170+. The seafood hot apps were well prepared and seasoned. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I will absolutely return to try their lunch menu.
