   Although the food tasted good it was definitely not worth the money spent, had much better in other Italian restaurants in the same price range

   My burger was burnt. We waited 45 minutes for our food to come while a table that was there 15 minutes after us received their appetizers and entree.

   I know it was Valentine’s Day but it was also my wife’s birthday. We shopped all day and made reservations to Serafina. We were sat at a temporary table that wouldn’t even hold a glass up. We asked if we could please move. Then they sat us basically in the mall and the restaurant is very large. Waiter kept rushing us and telling us that we need to hurry up and put our food in. Wine is way overpriced and the service was abysmal. Food was just so so.

   Although our meal was quick (apps came out really fast) our service, the taste, the value was there and what you would expect from Serafina. Would absolutely go back.

   We did go out for Valentine’s night. They gave us a table very close to the kitchen and it was very noisy. The food was good and the waitress was fantastic. I had a bottle of Prosecco, it was in a excellent temperature. Overall we enjoyed the experience. I will definitely try it again.

    First time experiencing this restaurant and really enjoyed it. Our server was fabulous and it turned out to be a great Valentine’s dinner.
