   As always, the food was just incredible. It was beautifully presented, creative in ingredients, wonderful in taste, flavor and mouthfeel. Seabird is one of our favorite restaurants. Sunday afternoon, the bar was a bit slow, my husband's martini didn't arrive until half way through dinner and the glass of water with ice came after that. Otherwise, it was an outstanding dinner.

   I have been wanting to try Seabird for years and I’m so glad I was finally able to! The service was so wonderful and our server made great menu suggestions for us! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant! I would definitely come back!

   Great food and service! Definitely will go back. I had 2 small plate and that was a perfect meal. Server was extremely helpful in explaining the menu.

   Our first visit to Seabird was what it was advertised to be. The food was delicious, and the service was great! We ordered the seafood tower, and it did not disappoint. For those wanting to taste a variety of seafood options and who have an adventurous pallet, this is the perfect menu selection. Crystal was a courteous and charming server. Try it out for your self!

   We have been to Seabird many times and there are always new items try. The depth of flavors is better than anywhere else we've been. The service is always amazing and personalized.

   I cannot possibly say enough amazing things about our dining experience at Seabird last night! I made a reservation online for 4 people. One friend was unable to join, so it ended up being three of us celebrating my engagement. When we arrived at our table, there was a congratulations note and an origami swam waiting for us- so sweet! Our server, Erin, was the best server I have ever had the pleasure of knowing- from start to finish, she checked on us frequently, was so kind and friendly that we all felt the warm fuzzies, knew the wine menu in and out (one of my group is a wine professional), and gave the most incredible descriptions of the food options that we all ended up overordering and enjoying everything! Food run down- -Shellem Wild Mussels- Unfortunately I was not able to try these as I’m allergic to an ingredient in them. My friend ordered them and devoured them! She gave a 5 star rating! -Fresno Chili Prok Ribs- delicious! I’m a spice wimp so they were a little hot for my taste, and my friend loved them! -Roasted Carrot Salad- what a treat! This salad had the sweetness from the carrots and carrot puree combined with a light dressing and thinly sliced limes. It was an incredible salad! -Smoked Catfish and Oyster Pie- we weren’t sure what to expect with this dish. It came in a bowl like a soup and had a baked topping on it almost like a pita/cheese layer. It was fantastic! It also came with herbs you could shred and add to it. -Shellem oysters- locally farmed, briney, so fresh! This comes with two different hot sauces, cocktail sauce, and another sauce along with lemons. -Eastern Cioppino- one friend is gluten-free and dairy-free. This dish was able to be made perfectly for her! She said this is her favorite dish to order, and our waitress said it’s the one she eats the most as well. Delicious! -We also had two cheese plates- a gouda and a blue cheese- that were delicious and great portions! -Then at the end, to celebrate my engagement, I had a scoop

   This was one of the best meals we've had in a while and we dine out often. There wasn't one thing that was less than perfection. It's such a surprise and a pleasure when you find a restaurant with this level of fine cuisine. The next time we are visiting Wilmington we will certainly return. And, we'll be telling all our friends. Thanks for such an excellent experience. And just to note, I'm definitely a foodie and am a former restaurant owner.

   Here for my husband ‘s birthday! It was fantastic experience, they have a note on our table and origami for his birthday! Very detailed and heartwarming We ordered the small plate ribs , they are incredible good, then the smoke catfish as well ! But the steak for my son, he was little disappointed, was not what he expected, my youngest got the kids fried shrimp and fries and it is hands down, finally we have their seafood tower, very unique and delicious, dessert is the amazing ! Thanks for the incredible service and food , thank you for shrimp appetizers, we greatly enjoyed your food and service, overall are 4.5!
