Mequon Exec Chef Jason Morimoto joins Milwaukee Exec Chef James for a homecoming of grand proportions. This Private Dojo dinner party places guests right in the action with 12 seats directly in front of the chefs, as they guide you through a journey of luxurious sushi in traditional omakase fashion, with a modern twist. There are 3 seatings for this 14 course menu: 8:30 pm on Thursday, as well 6:00 pm & 7:45 pm on Friday. A complimentary welcome glass & a palate cleanser are included. Allergies are requested prior to the dinner & are happily accommodated. We look forward to another great night with you! "Trust in the chef, you’re in their hands."
