   Superb ambiance in large atmospheric space - i prefer it to the Mayfair original - and service. is brilliant. Recommended!

   It’s a stunning space, and the service was really good. Food was honestly pretty average - MUCH better, more interesting, loved food in lots of other restaurants. And it is very overpriced for what it is. Feels like a place for tourists now, not people serious about restaurants/food.

   I took my mum to celebrate she just came out from hospital. She loves Jazz. When we arrived were taken upstairs and when we asked more than once about the jazz band we were told that we booked upstairs. And the band was downstairs. The truth is that I made a change last minute by phone, from 4 we became 2 and Hannah the lady who answered my call kindly explained that she didn’t have tables for 2 and we would get a place by the bar. I said I was taking my 75 years old mum so if we could get a table it would be great but I also said that my mum would adapt. Nobody warned me about the fact that we would not get a place were the jazz band would play. As upstairs was almost empty, I understand we had a communication issue. But I did book downstairs. And my mum was very disappointed.

    Sunday night meant menu restrictions due to running out of items! What they did have though was tasty. Albeit my first and second choices were not available
