Welcome to Sarita, where we are slightly obsessed with serving good food among friends and family. Our focus is on healthy, new American cuisine – a celebration of all our backgrounds and roots. The best of the best eats if you will. Lighter dishes with natural reductions, a lot of vinaigrettes, less cream, less butter — but unbelievable flavors. This is what you can expect if you choose to dine with us. And we hope you will. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites. The restaurant is owned by executive chef Romano. His approach to Sarita is fairly simple: to create a space that’s a reflection of his kind of place.relaxing, fun and celebrate life in the company of friends and family with good food and a great cocktail in hand.

    From start to finish the food was amazing as usual from Sarita. The short rib pierogi was just a perfect blend of flavors. The Sarita salad was a nice compliment to the pierogis. The Ostrich appetizer served well as an entree and the Boar pasta special was a delightful combination of flavors. The white chocolate almond cheesecake was the ideal ending of a fabulous meal. The almond flavor took the cheesecake to a new level. One of the top restaurants in all of Cleveland.

    Went to Sarita a restaurant for the first time - what a treat! The food, from the appy to the desert was fantastic, the menu is broad but not overreaching. Service was spot on, helpful and friendly. We will be back with friends!

    Good wine selection, great mussels and appetizers. Enough food from 3 appetizers that an entree was not needed. I will certainly be back.

    My experience was amazing. Server was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our table and the suggested specials were amazing. Overall a great experience and the food was amazing. Me and my family were extremely pleased and satisfied.

    Every bite of every dish was delicious. Every server we interacted with was amazing. Not sure what took us so long to try Sarita, but we will be regulars now!
