   This is my favorite place for brunch. It's a bit expensive but there is a huge variety of food options. I enjoy the ambiance here and I have always received excellent service. I always request to be served by Bianca. She's been our server for the past few years and has always provided fast,attentive service.

   Food, service and ambiance were so enjoyable and added to our birthday celebration. Our server was excellent and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

   Everything was great. Our server was nice and attentive. Steak frite and chicken Madeira was perfect. Nice holiday atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time there.

   Our first visit. The service was outstanding and the food was pretty good. We had a bottle of the sparkling Rose which was meh. The venue was cavernous, impersonal and loud. We were also seated directly beside the kitchen door which was very annoying. Probably won’t be returning but will stick with the sister location, Orchid House which is a far more charming venue.

   The ambience was exceptional. The staff was pleasant,however service was an embarrassment.. our server was new. This does not excuse lack of knowledge about the menu,house specials or even making sure that the table has spoons for the soup ordered. Please,management before putting a server on the floor,train them in the kitchen and front before servicing your customers. As far as the food, the chef must have been sick and not in the kitchen. The bread was obviously not fresh. I couldn’t even choke it down. Find a new supplier or use your day old bakery in a bread pudding or croutons, do not attempt to serve it again the next day. This was unacceptable. The compounded butters were over seasoned and sloppily presented. No other butter was offered.. our table water was not iced and lukewarm. The main courses, were beyond help. All four of our table were subpar. My fettuttine was mush,the shrimp was placed on the side of the plate instead of incorporated into the sauce and both the shrimp and lobster were rubbery,overcooked, truly embarrassing and cold. Short ribs were tough cold and over seasoned. The veggies also overcooked. Presentation was sloppy. Actually it showed lack of interest in the food itself.We were afraid to try dessert , would coffee come with a spoon and unspoiled cream? Management better look at the kitchen staff as it was embarrassing to see this level of poor product making it out to the table to begin with. I was trying different venues for a large function i am putting together. I had high hopes for this establishment from prior reviews, but unless the kitchen and management get their act together, this is not a place for your guests to experience, especially a once in a lifetime event All in all, a total failure on everyone. Just sad

   This was our first time at Sapphire Creek and we will definitely be coming back! The food was delicious, specifically the lobster gnocchi! Our server told us she was new, actually we were her first table ever, but she did a great job! The atmosphere was cozy and the decorations were beautiful! We are so glad we chose sapphire creek for dinner!

   The food and service were great. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, our table was wobbly and shabby looking. The bar was slow, but our server was very attentive and apologetic.
