Tiempo de espera de más de 50 minutos aún con reserva y mesas vacías pero no nos quisieron sentar por qué le daban prioridad a otra reserva que no había llegado y no llegó, dicha mesa se quedó vacía incluso cuando terminamos nosotros y nos fuimos del lugar!!!! Dieron “cortesía” pero las cobraron en la cuenta. PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Very good service. Amazing food. Didn’t expect such spectacular sushi in such a lively environment in CDMX. This is a big food city that offers more than (generally amazing) Mexican fare. Santo is a perfect example of how Mexico delivers excellence I a global variety of amazing food.

Esta vez nos fuimos un poco decepcionados de Santo. Los platillos carecían de la calidad esperada, sabores nada definidos y porciones sumamente pequeñas para lo costosos que son. El servicio fue lo más rescatable de la experiencia.

Siempre he ido. Me gusta mucho la calidad de alimentos. Me pareció una falta de respeto que después haber reservado con casi un mes de anticipación, llegara y me dijeron que si sabían de mi reservación pero que habían asignado todas las mesas, me sentaron en la barra para esperar, me dijeron que me darían una mesa afuera como había pedido, pero no fue así, llegaron un grupo de chicas. Les dieron las mesas de afuera y me dejaron en la mesa. Termine de cenar y mi Mesa nunca llegó. Mal, mal, mal

Barra de sushi con productos de muy buena calidad. La carta no es muy extensa pero los platillos que se ofrecen son variados y atinados. Variedad de coctelería internacional de todo tipo.
