    The $20 was just a cover. You were not guaranteed a seat (at the bar) and apparently there was a different ticket reservation for the tables. , kind of bizarre but I guess that’s just Chicago

    We got there and they said they were having a "last minute event" and that all the tables were taken out and there was nowhere to sit and eat. they said it was not supposed to be on Open Table for reservations. So last minute on a Friday night had to find another place to eat. Was not happy to say the least!

    Do not use this app to reserve a table during the Christmas pop-up. We were advised at check-in that they are not honoring reservations from OpenTable because they forgot to take the option down. We were advised that there were no tables available, but we could stand at the bar. I understand mistakes with technology and coordinating can happen, but they were clearly aware of the issue and should have at least proactively contacted us, instead of us wasting an Uber ride and the potential for another reservation at a different establishment.
