In December all reservations & walk-ins may be subject to a cover charge. The cover charge is per person & includes a complimentary alcoholic beverage (or a Santa's Treat for kids). Music Bingo is is a very fun take on bingo - instead of just calling out numbers, the host plays music clips (the cards have song titles, artist names, etc instead of numbers, so players need to recognize the song, and mark it on their card). This was our fourth year going to Santa Baby and it has changed a bit. Every year they change the decor a little which is nice. Our server was great. The atmosphere is so much fun! The lunch and dinner food has gone downhill from previous years. Our hamburger buns were rock hard. The fries were not cooked all the way. The chicken tenders were not great either. Even the milkshake just tasted like all milk. Id recommend getting just appetizers or trying to get up there for the brunch that ends at 2. It’s a lot of fun and so cute for photo opportunities!

Had an 8:00 reservation, but was seated in the bar, not the restaurant and by an exit door when it was 20 degrees outside. Definitely disappointed. The xmas pop up decor was outstanding! We were told several times we had 90 minutes, but our waiter didn't show up for 15 minutes because he had to double duty as a bartender. Overall we had fun, but they need more staff, they need to manage their tables better and actually having pricing on the menu would be really nice. I felt belittled to constantly ask how much the drinks were.

Great place! We visited the Santa Baby Bar. Drinks are cool but expensive, so be mindful of that. Otherwise great food and experience! Decorated so beautifully!

The decorations were amazing! Definitely a great place for pictures. The service was awful! Food took forever. Most of it was wrong and the right stuff was cold. Go for a drink but other than that never will go again.
