   I have never given a 1-star review before, but this had to have been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever encountered. We arrived on time and there was no hostess. A bartender (who would not make eye contact) begrudgingly heard me indicate that we had a reservation and told me they would clear a table for us. And then we waited. And waited. No one ever came to talk to us. No table ever became available. Other patrons complained to any staff they could corner that they had been waiting for 2 hours for their food and the staff just shrugged and remained aloof. I was able to order a martini at the bar and it was straight alcohol, which had never come in contact with ice, poured into a hot glass…that was the last straw. After waiting nearly an hour with no one in charge and no one coming to give us status, apologize, or seat us, we left. Beautiful setting in a lovely hotel property, however. A real shame.

   Got there with a reservation and within about 10 mins, our drink order was taken. That was the last time we would see our waitress for the next 40 mins. In that time we did not get water, our table settings (forks, knives, napkins), or get our food order taken. Additionally, a party with no reservation was sat next to us. They had a different server, and got their appetizers before we even got water!! Food was below average for the price. Also found out that this is not owned and operated by the Buoy Haus, so there isn’t much they could do about our experience. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

   While there was confusion upon arrival with, apparently, our table being occupied (there are very few tables and many/most people are there just for drinks and apps), we wound up with a very nice table. Our plan was to have the Thursday paella-for-2 special and though it was mostly shrimp and mussels and very little of the daily fish and chorizo, it was very tasty. Perfectly moist, flavorful and a good portion. The promotion says it comes with a bottle of wine but it doesn't say, at least then, that you can have any bottle as long as you are choosing the lower priced rose. At the very least normally one would be offered white or red. It wouldn't have been our choice but wasn't bad and certainly, for the locale, good value-for-money. Service was typically indifferent or absent befitting all the F&B properties at the Westin/Buoy Haus but the food and setting made for a decent night. But really, add the word "rose" to the listing to manage expectations if not offering a choice. Note: one white was priced the same and a red was at a $5 higher price-point but maybe they have lots of inventory of the rose and are trying to move it out.

   Fantastic food and views! Super cheese pizza, tons of cheese and garlic, you won’t be disappointed! The salad with the watermelon also great! The lobster lettuce wraps were delicious! Drink’s varied depending on who was behind the bar, but overall were very good! Friendly and welcoming staff! While the prices were high, the food was very good and the atmosphere was great!

   Excellent food quality and service. Cannot beat the ambiance of dining by the sea. Food is a bit pricy, but to be expected at such a resort.

    Beautiful space but incredibly overpriced. $70 for snapper fish??? With hardly any meat on it at least nice flavor. Do not recommend the lobster also overpriced and over cooked The desserts were good and the staff and very nice
