Food decent but mediocre. Red curry quite good but pad Thai was just bad with pre cooked shrimp mixed in

L’expérience culinaire et les saveurs valent largement le détour. Les plats de poisson révèlent une qualité des produits d’une grande fraîcheur. L’ambiance et la décoration gagneraient à être plus étoffées… Le service et le relationnel est très bon. Cependant les cocktails arrivent à peine frais et le temps d’attente, un bon 80 minutes, entre la commande et les premiers plats, lorsque les tables alentours semblent être servis à temps. Les sélections de thé japonais sont d’une excellente qualité : le Genmaïcha, servi infusé et prêt à boire, fut désaltérant et réconfortant avec ses notes gourmandes de riz grillé. Et le Matcha préparé en usucha devant le client était authentique en bouche, surtout pour les inités. Le matcha proposé est révélateur d’un choix très qualitatif car provenant d’une des meilleurs maison de thé du Japon « Marukyu koyamaen », connu pour fournir les écoles de thé du Japon avec un savoir faire trois fois centenaire. En espérant que les quelques bémols puissent être corrigés, le San reste une adresse à garder dans son répertoire.

The staff was fantastic. They went out of their way to make for a good experience. The restaurant was full so it was noisy and there was quite a wait for our order to come out. The food is very savory.

Des nigiri au sashimi en passant par le chirashi, le poisson est toujours extra qualité. Mention spéciale pour le nigiri unagi. Les cocktails à base de saké sont bons. Je déconseille le thé matcha.

Très beau restaurant, service impeccable, plats excellents mais 2 Niggiri seulement dans une assiette c’est très cher. Nous y avons bien mangé mais c’était cher.
