Sam Miranda had a visionary plan for his ‘Field to Fork’ Produce Garden which was inspired by his childhood. He wanted to not only produce premium varietal wine but also bring a touch of home to the winery restaurant. Remembering back when he handpicked vegetables with his father, Pop Miranda and helped make fresh mouthwatering traditional Italian dishes. Sam has created a holistic sustainable produce garden, including herbs and fruit trees which he has integrated with local resources, such as irrigation water which comes from our local King River to assist with producing the best harvest for the restaurant.

    Taste award-winning wines and enjoy a relaxed wine tasting experience at our Cellar Door. The cost is **$15 per person, from a set list of 9 wines, including Prosecco. They are a standing Tasting at the Tasting Bench in our Cellar Door. Please allow approx. 30-45 minutes for your tasting. Please keep this in mind if you are also wishing to join us for lunch. Lunch reservations require a separate booking. **An individual’s tasting fee is redeemable upon purchase of a dozen wines.

    Dog friendly! We sat outside on the grass and had very yummy risotto and squid ink pasta. Highly recommend.

    We had a most enjoyable lunch. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, very tasty arancini balls and calamari. A large range of wines also.
