   Food was mediocre at best. Like warm food when our appetizer and entrees came out. Our waitress was fabulous seating for our reservation was great and my drink from the bar was fantastic. Super disappointed in the food quality for cost. We thought maybe a fluke with the lukewarm appetizer but was dissatisfied in the entree coming out meh as well.

   Our server was so friendly and funny- our food was delicious and he noticed right away when one of the steaks was underdone. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great meal!

   I would recommend going to Salt Grass any other day of the year, but New Year's Eve. I have always had a great experience, but last night was ridiculous. We arrived a little early for our 6:15 reservation for 6 people. It took 30 minutes to get a table because our server wasn't ready. I could understand; they were busy. We sat down, and we waited 30 minutes with our menu for someone to take our order. Meanwhile, a table of about 16 people were seated 15 minutes after us. Their drinks and salad came shortly after they arrived. By 7:30 (45 minutes after being seated), we finally received our drinks and salads. Around 8 pm, we began to wonder when we were going to get our food. Lo and behold, the table of 16 got their food before us. My husband commented that he thought the waiter forgot to put in our order. About five minutes later, we got our food. The table of 16 received their check before us and paid. All this time no one came to check on us, apologize for the wait or see if there was anything else we needed. At this point, I decided to talk to the manager because we were tired of waiting. When I walked up the desk, I asked to see the manager. I waited, but the manager never appeared. When we finally got our checks, the waiter was in no hurry to cash us out. By this time, it's almost 8:45. We have been at the restaurant for 2.5 hours. I could understand if the dining room as still packed, but by the time, it's half full. Most people had finished eating. Saltgrass has been a place I would recommend to friends. But now my recommendation will include a warning to not eat there on New Year's Eve.

   Our poor waiter was overwhelmed with his tables. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar and we never received our shareable size of mushrooms and one of onions. The bottoms of the 2 salad plates were both covered with Ranch dressing that had to be wiped up with a wet towel. Disappointing to say the least.

   Absolutely delicious- great ambience- super great service, and a really cool way to spend NYE day with friends. There were 6 of us and everyone had great food and a great time. We will for sure be back!

    Server was great and our food was amazing! Steak was cooked perfect with amazing flavor. We had a party of 9 and everyone was happy.
