   We made a reservation expecting a nice dining experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. Upon arrival, we were seated at a six-top table with another couple—something that was never mentioned when booking. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The service was just as disappointing. I had to request my drink three times before it finally arrived, and when my steak was served, it was cold. The butter on top didn’t even melt, which says everything about the temperature of the food. Overall, this was not the quality or experience I expected from Saltgrass. Between the seating arrangement, slow service, and poorly prepared food, I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

   I am someone who loves his steak rare. Most places wont cook it exactly the way i want it. But they did. It was perfect. Usally when it is rare it comes out chewy. This was not. The seasoning was perfect. The only thing i would ask for is more vegetables with the serving. Our waitress Kaylee was great. This was our first time here. But it wont be our last. 5 stars.

   Ribeye was medium well when ordered medium rare and lukewarm, like it had been sitting there for a while before served

   We were excited to eat here after all the rave reviews but our experience was disappointing. First off, it was a good things our salads and fried pickles (both of which were quite good) arrived quicky and were filling, because we got our entrees and exactly one hour after we got sat at our table. My Cajun ribeye was very gristly and overly (mechanically) tenderized, to the point where it was mushy, not tender. Like they took an obviously poor cut of meat and tried to beat it into submission. And to say it was bland tasting is an understatement. The shrimp on top of the steaks were very tasty but overcooked. My wife’s’ Laredo chicken was delicious but dry. On the way home, I lamented as we drove past a Longhorn Steakhouse that we should have gone there for good steaks…

   Great place to eat, drink and watch a game on the Bar side. Emily did a fantastic job with great and friendly customer service.

    My son ordered his fillet medium, and it came so raw that he ended up being sick overnight. It was gross. Everything was super salty very unimpressed.
