Sala Gastronómica, es un nuevo proyecto, que servirá comida mexicana (Fine Casual), a través de un viaje culinario, por las diferentes regiones de México, en un lugar que pretende resaltar los elementos, colores y sabores de México. Poco a poco la comida ha evolucionado, desde los ingredientes que se utilizan hasta el método de preparación, nuestra meta es demostrar que la cocina mexicana aunque ha pasado por varias etapas, sigue conservando la tradición de sus sabores, que con el paso del tiempo se ha enriquecido, pero siempre ha sido parte de quienes somos, llegando a ser PATRIMONIO DE LA HUMANIDAD. Un viaje culinario místico por las diferentes regiones de México, explorando ceremonias, ingredientes y secretos gastronómicos. Es un recorrido por el pasado hasta llegar al presente de la cultura mexicana, pasando por diferentes civilizaciones, cada una con sus peculiaridades. Unir las seis regiones de México, enalteciendo su tipo de cocina e ingredientes.

El lugar es muy bonito y ameno, pero en el desayuno, pedimos unas crepas con pollo. El pollo honestamente insípido y seco.

Perfectly convenient place to eat when touring the museum. Impressive and unique menu featuring flavors from different places in Mexico. Flavors were excellent and the quality of food was high. Busy restaurant but excellent service.

La comida no fue lo mejor del lugar, sino la atención Hubo algo de demora en la entrega de la comida No parece un lugar que esté listo para recibir una cantidad mediana o grande de comensales

A terrible experience. Lunch isn't available until 1, so we had to order off the breakfast menu. Ordered chicken and corn crepes, bland with no seasoning, cheese was on top, cold and congealed. No flavor so we asked for salsa too, 10 minutes later we gave up as the crepes were now inedible. 700 pesos for 2 glasses of rose and a bottle of water. Waiter was apologetic.

Loved the food, i think eating outdoors was the way to go for sure. Loved the squirrel Alvin and the service is amazing. Also it was perfect with the artesanal options for drinks and food
