   Fuimos con una reservación y no nos atendieron hasta media hora después.. Cambiaron el menú y era el navideño y no había muchas opciones para variedades. Las persona que lleva las reservaciones atiende de muy mala forma. Mi primera ves y no volvería a ir

   Loved the place and it's location!!! The staff was absolutely awesome, very friendly, professional and very accommodating. The wait was just, given the holiday, and the food was really good. We absolutely enjoyed it....I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

   Service and food mediocre especially for the price Probably better on a regular night instead of ChristmasEve. Since gratuity added server not too concerned about individualized or prompt service

   I was a little worried after reading some recent reviews but what ever service issues they had were definitely fixed. We had reservations and check in was smooth. We were taken to our table in less than 5 minutes of waiting. I had requested outdoor seating and I wish I hadn't. It was a little chilly however it's on the second floor overlooking the Main Street so there was a lot to see. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is their space heaters do not work so if you're eating there at an outside table after sundown bundle up. They had a limited menu due to the holiday which also may have helped them iron out the kinks mentioned in recent reviews. Our service was great, served by Lei sp? Lei was attentive and very friendly. She kept a smile on her face even though the restaurant was crazy busy and she was running. Location is great, food is good and 5 stars for service.

   Good food and fast service. We went on a busy Christmas Eve and we were nearly done with our food before the waiter checked on us. Nice white table cloth service.

   The staff was excellent. Our food was excellent. They accommodated us in unusual circumstances. We had a lovely evening. We would definitely return.

   This was the worst dining experience. I have never experienced such bad service. Basically we were ignored after being seated. No waiter or waitress came over to our table until I had to notify an employee. Once we had a waiter service still did not improve. We watched as all the tables around us were served while we didn’t get our drink orders, kids meals or our entrees. We had no choice but to get up and leave to find food for our kids elsewhere. We dine out frequently and have never had such a bad experience. I hope management reads this to investigate what happened and works to improve customer experience. This was our second visit to this establishment and sadly we will not return.

    Made a reservation on one of the busiest nights of the year it seemed. The wait took a second but was totally understandable. Our server was great but he seemed to have tables seated on all levels and areas of the restaurant so it was tough for him. My friend asked to “speak to the manager” and was given more attitude than apologies for her fish being undercooked and her statements about how the night had gone poorly for her. I had an amazing steak and thought all of the food I had was great! I wouldn’t return to this restaurant only because of how disorganized and non-hospitable the top of the house seemed.
