Started with hostess making us wait 30 minutes past our reservation while she seated walk ins. Worst was her trying to seat a party who walked up while I was checking on the wait for my reservation! Food was very overpriced and both our entrees arrived cold after waiting thirty minutes. By that time our patience and appetite were gone.

We waited 20 minutes after our reservation time the. Reminded the hostess we were waiting, we were promptly seated right in Front of the door. It took a waitress 28 minutes to notice us seated there as she was tending bar. This was the most hideous meal we’ve endured in years and paid a a premium price for it. Thanksgiving dinner 2024. Let me emphasize that everything on the menu could and was prepared in advance. There was a limited menu which featured a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Pricy at $48 but exorbitant for what we received. Roasted turkey with all the fixings. The turkey breast was deli-sliced meat slathered in from a jar turkey gravy, green beans and carrots, canned cranberry sauce all served room Temperature. My bride just ordered the Lobster Bisque. This too was served at a warm not hot temperature. Let me state that adding some crumbled lobster claw to tomato bisque does not make lobster bisque. This could have come out of a can from the grocery store. I highly recommend bypassing this establishment

The “Thanksgiving platter” was a joke. $50 for a few slices of turkey, a teaspoon of gravy, mashed potatoes, hard carrots and green beans, and I KNOW the stuffing was Stove Top. They sat us in a cramped corner table in the bar where i sat on a folding chair. The bartender was our server and she was completely over-whelmed. I had to get up and ask for silverware. I had to get up and remind her about our drinks—WORST dirty martini I’ve ever had btw. For two people the bill was $180. Never again

Probably one of my worst restaurant experiences ever! Had to wait 40 min for our table to be ready. 54 bucks for a steak dinner that looked and tasted like a kids meal. I have a long list of complaints but too disgusted to elaborate.

I am sure the restaurant was very busy today. However, we had a reservation and waited over an hour and a half for our meal, which was fine. What wasn’t professional or acceptable is being told as we are taking the last bite of dessert and trying to enjoy coffee that we needed to leave so the next reservation could be seated. I would think after spending 300.00 on a meal we could finish the coffee and dessert that we purchased.

New Owners and Chef. No longer a fine dining St Augustine restaurant but full tourist trap. Didn’t look at brunch menu before going, our mistake. Only go for views, still charging high prices for basic bar food. Server must hear it a lot had answer right away “new people, suppose to change after Thanksgiving.”

The staff was very friendly, but service was very slow our main course took almost an hour after the appetizer came out. Than the Salomon was raw. So we had to wait longer. That sounds horrible but we the place was still a very welcoming fell and was enjoyable. I would still go back. It was very busy so I’d give a second try in the future.

I realize tonight was special for the nights of lights, but the restaurant really needed more service people. We waited 45 min for someone to take a drink order and another 40 to put our order in. The apps and the entrees came at the same time. It took 30 minutes to get our check. We gave the server our credit card (after looking at the bill) and they came back with our cards paying for another table!!??!!. I will say the food was really good.
