A display of whole fish delicacies from deep-azure seas are hand selected by each guest, then prepared to personalized perfection via wood-grilling or searing a la plancha. Ibrahim was our server. He was exceptional. He was careful to ensure there was no dairy in any of my husband’s food. Without asking, the team proactively offered to separate the starters we had mentioned we would share and attended to our every need. It was impeccable service. Ibrahim even watched out for our Uber upon leaving and waited with us until the car arrived. Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service and treatment.

Service was slow and lack luster! Lots of down time in between courses. Almost as if they slowed us down on purpose. And then we were rushed towards the end of our time! Cocktails were inconsistent. Wine selection was poor and also inconsistent. Definitely changed the wine mid service and received a different type of the same varietal. Very frustrating especially when the first glass was delicious! And the server has zero response to your request to get the same glass as your first! Unfortunately this was probably our last brunch experience @ Sails! Don’t get me wrong food was delicious but the experience we have received in the past.
