Personale svogliato , cibo scadente e limitato nelle scelte , atmosfera poco rilassante , con partita di calcio a tutto volume , struttura anni 70 mai ristrutturata , terrazza al 4 piano non all ultimo piano . Esperienza deludente in tutto

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant for my birthday celebration, and it was an absolute disappointment. The service was abysmal; we were ignored by the staff for most of our visit. To make matters worse, our orders were incorrect, which led to delays, and some of us would finish the mains when others still waited for a starter. Some guests had no cutlery despite asking for it multiple times. The cocktails, which were ridiculously overpriced, tasted as if they were made by an amateur with no skill – they were nothing more than a mixture of cheap mixers. On top of all the other disappointments, the atmosphere was far from enjoyable. The music was blaring at such an unbearable volume that having a conversation with my party was impossible without resorting to shouting. It was as if they prioritised deafening music over customer comfort. This was meant to be a special celebration, but it turned into a regrettable evening. I would strongly advise against dining here.

Beautiful rooftop dining overlooking the Nile. Authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, large portions at reasonable prices.

Lot of the items on the menu were not available including the cocktail menu. The restaurant was short staffed, it was sort of funny that the 4 people were serving all the tables no dedicated server. The table were placed too close to each other making it difficult for the server to get around. Not what I expected.

Unacceptable behavior, the restaurant was reserved for a private event which was never mentioned. No one ever apologized, they said that the restaurant is booked and that's it. We should find something else. The reservations lady at the ground floor couldn't care less as well. We were offered a table at an "italian" restaurant which is definitely the worst food I have eaten. 85€ for 2 people. Stay away from them, they are unfriendly, unpolite, zero respect.

The restaurant has an amazing view. The food was great and delicious. Also the music made us feel new year's celebration.

Food was not good in terms of taste and for my previous experience in semiramis before.. The food was below standard while portions was large.. But with bad taste it does not work. Waiters were helpful and smiling.. The only bad experience was in food quality and taste.. Never try it again.
