Fabulous experience - great service, melt in your mouth filet.. delicious pomegranate martini! Had the fixed price 3 course filet & lobster tail dinner upgraded to 11 oz filet w/garlic mashed potatoes, Caesar salad and chef’s choice cheesecake w/berries- all wonderful! Great place for an outstanding treat & relaxing dining experience..

Another great meal at Ruth’s Chris/Waltham and the fact that they were open late was awesome!! We were on our way home from a tournament and wanted a good meal and Ruth’s Chris was the go to. The service was awesome!! Thank you!!

The Steak and sides were excellent our waiter was great but one Waitress ruined the overall all experience She was way too loud Way too talkative we could hear her from tables at the other side of the restaurant. She was telling her tables what to eat how to eat what her best friend liked and didn’t like She needs coaching We will likely return for the food but if that waitress is assigned to our table we will ask for another

We were very pleased with our meal but the service on New Years Eve was very slow. We had a 9:15 reservation and we did not have appetizers. We did not get our food til 10:45. We expected that it would be a wait but not that long. We enjoyed the food when it came - it was delicious. The manager gave us a free dessert and drinks (we had tea and Diet Coke). Overall, the food is so good here. But the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed last night.

First we order onion soup amd seem like it took a long time and I had to ask about it . Mashed potatoes were cold I had crab cakes that were very dry seem like it needed something We had a ten dollar open table reward and we couldn’t use it didn’t know how to redeem it The food wasn’t what we are use too, not very good
