Overall all the steak and sides were good, but not for the price. Unfortunately the service was lack luster our server seemed like she was over it and really failed to provide a positive experience. This was my first and last time at this place. I felt like I was at an over priced Outback steak house with bad service.

First time going was not disappointed. I got the ribeye with the loaded bake potato. The steak was so tender with so much flavor. Our server was amazing. Highly recommend

We ate at this Ruth’s Chris for Thanksgiving and my son’s steak was severely undercooked. We all waited and waited for the server to come back until finally we had to eat because everything was getting cold. When the waiter finally came to check on the temp of the steak, he took it back to the kitchen but we didn’t get the steak back for 30 mins. Manager was supposed to come over to our table but never did and they charged us for EVERYTHING but a glass of wine. Thanksgiving dinner was a disaster.

Our server Chris is the best. He literally took care of our party of five like family. The general manager came by checked on us. The meal was also great and a great value. We loved it.

As usual food was delicious. Perfectly seasoned steak and the recommended sweet potato casserole was delicious. Our waitress, Vernicia provided professional, friendly, quality customer service.
