   Terrible waitress. Valet parking expensive, couldn’t find keys or car. Normally a steady brand, RC falls well short in Long Beach.

   Pros and cons. Our waiter Eric was superb. Allowed us to time our meal as desired, provided excellent service and was very friendly. My filet was cooked to perfection, my daughters was over-cooked. The salads, our sides, and appetizers were very good. Unfortunately, the hostess did not seem to take a liking to us. She was not very friendly, and after waiting in the bar 20 minutes after our reservation time, we went back to the hostess who then sat us. The hostess was not welcoming, and acted like she was doing us huge favor. After the hostess treatment, if we had not had Eric as our waiter, I’m not sure we would come back.

   Food is always exceptional! We were seated in the dining area behind the bar which didn't have the typical upscale feel that we are accustomed to enjoying so we were a little disappointed. Service also always exceptional, but there were a few hiccups with delivery of incorrect items to our table.

   Usually love dining at Ruth’s. But it felt very rushed, service was not their usual level, and my steak was undercooked. That said, it was still a nice evening.

   Our dinner was on Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant was packed, and the staff was challenged. Despite it all, they gave us excellent service and the food, of course, was delicious. Looking forward to going there again at Christmas.

   We frequently enjoy dining at Ruth's Chris Steak House, but this was our first time there for Thanksgiving. They offer holiday menu options in addition to the entire regular menu. For a change, we tried some holiday items and the meal was spectacular! Succulent skin-on roast turkey breast, flavor-packed stuffing, creamy spinach, AH-MAZING sweet potato casserole (like dessert for dinner!), and scrumptious pumpkin cheesecake... All paired with a bottle of Daou Sauvignon Blanc. And the service by Cece was super congenial and top-notch as always. We loved our experience so much that we already have reservations for our entire family on Christmas Eve!

    Bar service very slow. Food service was good in the beginning but once food arrived server was no where to be seen. We waited for at least 15 minutes from finishing our main meal before we asked for our server to come back to our table to get dessert (to go) and bill.
