   We were welcomed to the restaurant and immediately seated. The waiter was very polite and attentive, however, it was nearly 30 minutes between ordering and good arriving at the table. One of the side items we ordered was never delivered to our table yet still appeared on the bill. It was a special evening we were celebrating and Ruth’s Cris was the perfect place to the celebration.

   There was a delay in seating us for our reservation and they comped us appetizers and a round of drinks. Very generous. Really appreciated that. We come back for family reunions each year. Great tradition. Great place.

   Food was great as usual. Service was poor and very slow. Server kept apologizing for taking too long, but other tables were getting quick service.

   Our previous experiences at this restaurant have not been good but we wanted to try it again because we love this chain. I’m sorry to say the service was lacking and the portions are smaller but not the price. Not sure that we’ll be back to this location. FYI, if you’re ever in Savannah try that location…one of the best in the country.
