    Terrible wait for our table. Keep 10 of us waiting for almost an hour and service thereafter very slow. So disappointing. I was third Thanksgiving there and perhaps our last.

    The food was great. The service was not as we expected. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our table. Despite the waiting time our server was pleasant. The interior looks super outdated. No dress code. This is definitely not what it used to be.

    Lack of adequate staff created a poor experience. Food came out sporadically, not correct, took too long. Pls don't offer reservations if you cannot handle the volume.

    As always, this is an amazing place to have a special dinner… Lorenzo was absolutely flawless during his service, very attentive and allowing us to enjoy the evening. Sebastian who was the manager was also very attentive and followed up with us to ensure everything was at the Ruth’s Chris level… thank you for an amazing Thanksgiving.

    Great. We love Ruth Chris for steak and prefer the steak meals there but we were beyond satisfied with the Thanksgiving meal and service. Great value and we were extremely impressed with the take home portions offered.

    I reserved a table for my wife's birthday. She was very pleased with her choice of steak and her blueberry mojito drink. Danielle, our waitress, was charming and accommodating, and the service was stellar.

    We had Filets that were perfectly cooked and the service was great. The garlic mashed potatoes were very good. The only side that was not good was the creamed spinach. It was too lose and had little flavor.
