    My wife and I were seated after arriving. We had reservations. Waitress gave us our menu and served us our drinks. Took forever to come back and take our orders. The table behind us was seated after us, but the waitress came back and took their order before taking our orders. I ordered a Bucket Burger with Chips and a Crock of Sirloin Chili. Another waitress brought us our orders dropped them off and was gone in a flash. I asked my wife didn't I order The Bucket Burger with Chips, she said she thought I did. I was given fries instead of chips. I ate the burger and soup because we didn't have time to wait. We were going to my grandson"s football game.

    The order time was really good -- took about 10-15 minutes to get our food; however, the bun was stale, the server rarely filled up my water, took around 35 minutes for my bill, and she stared at me for a 20% tip after.

    French Onion Soup is the best in Columbus. Our dinners were hot and delicious. Service was terrific. My wife and I love the Rusty Bucket.
