   I had a fantastic dining experience at RPM Seafood. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s clear that RPM values excellent service and customer care — I’ll definitely be returning!

   I was asked what the occasion was that I was coming through email. And I told them that we just got married. Well that was not acknowledged at all. So for that reason right there the service was mediocre.

   From the time of my reservation through the meal completion, I had a great experience with RPM. I selected a special occasion for our meal and was contacted by the restaurant to confirm the occasion and they provided specialized menus for the table. The food was coursed perfectly by our server and everything tasted fresh. The price matched the quality of the food we ordered and I would definitely return.

   We made the reservation for a special family birthday dinner and were really looking forward to it. We dressed up and arrived 15 minutes early because we were worried about traffic. We were seated in the bar at a tiny table for dinner for 4 and had a small space to eat and maneuver. The food was good, the service was pleasant, not overly friendly, and the cold draft front from the front door and the side door leading to the river deck was unexpected. Overall we were disappointed. We expected more at this price point.

   I had reservations at 12:15pm and we didn’t get our food until 1:30pm. The server seemed bothered, and forgot our appetizer. We’ve been there plenty of times. By far the worst experience we have had with the service. Finally, the food was delicious once we received it.

On a recent occasion, we reserved the Sommelier Experience, which significantly surpassed our already high expectations. Our sommelier, Chris, demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and a highly engaging presentation style. The experience commenced with a welcoming glass of Champagne and a personal introduction to the Chef. The multi-course menu featured exquisite wine pairings that were both remarkable and delightful. As frequent patrons of the RPM group, we have come to rely on their commitment to providing consistently outstanding service and quality."
