   We were seated 25 mins after our reservation although they were packed and super busy. I recommend coming past 10pm or first seating when they open. The staff seemed to be stretched thin but they remained pleasant throughout the interaction. Drinks were good- hold your third course and head straight there for your Christmas cocktail which will serve as dessert. Kudos to the staff - I know it gets difficult during busy season.

   I wish I had better things to say… I reserved a table for 12 for a birthday celebration at least 1 month ago & we waited about an hour to be sat. But we weren’t sat at a table, we were first sat in a cabana by the pool with seating room for 4 people, then we were sat inside on 1 couch and 4 chairs… for 12 people… and then were told that if we wanted to wait another hour or more that they could try to accommodate our entire party.. What is the point of making a reservation if you can’t accommodate us at the time reserved? Our party ended up borrowing chairs from other occupied tables so at least everyone had a place to sit. It was extremely busy with not enough help. Service took a long time for food and drinks and some of the bartenders didn’t seem to have any bartending experience. Overall very disappointed.

   Took 20 min to be seated even though we had a reservation, then drinks took 20 minutes terrible service. Love the remodel and band, but my husband doesn’t want to go back bc of the service

   This place was decorated so beautifully for Christmas!! The service was impeccable and the drinks were delicious! The only food we got was the cookies and milk, and the cookie was really good.

   I never write reviews unless I had the most outstanding experience or unless I had the worst experience ever. This was the latter. My wife and I had the worst experience from check in to service. The reservation was scheduled for 8. We arrived ten minutes early and didn’t get in until 8:40. The host also asked for my name several times which I repeated. Then she ended up calling me another Hispanic name that was nowhere close to my name which left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. However we proceeded with our night. It took about another 20 minutes for someone to come and greet us and take our order as well as having water sent over. Drinks were good, food was good but small. The one thing we were excited for was the shot tree with ornaments however we were the lucky ones to get the broken tree that doesn’t light up. The table next to us had their tree lit up and surveying the room whoever else ordered had the tree lit as well. I was trying to get into the festive spirit with my wife but it was just kind of a start to a sad Christmas. I wanted to mention something to the management team but I just left expecting never to go back. I say take your business elsewhere. We were swayed by social media and we have learned our lesson.

   loved the christmas decorations definitely brought a new vibe to the lounge! but be prepared to wait even with a reservation. had a reservation for 8:15 pm and didn’t get seated until 9:18 pm. overall food and drinks were amazing!

   Reservation at 8:45pm had to ask to be seated at 9:45pm, put outside wasn’t asked for our drink order until we asked for someone 10:20pm drinks never arrived had to leave. Worst place I have ever been too. Staff is overworked and rude.

    It was very beautiful inside, but the noise level was WAY too much. My partner and I’s throats hurt after from basically yelling over the music and we were only 3 feet away from each other.
