   Understaffed. Three of the 7 entrees came out wrong. Our drinks took forever to arrive and when they did were incorrect. They were terrible, so not something we could wrk with but then to replace with what we actually ordered was an additional 15-20 min. Unfortunately an overall bad experience; we will not be returning and I would not recommend.

   Great for families, but not great for a date night. Overall design of the interior space felt more like a cafeteria, definitely not an intimate aesthetic if that's what you're looking for. Decor looked cheap. Food was great and packed with flavor, although our appetizer came out 10 minutes after our main course. Aside from that, service was good and our waiter was attentive. Would not return for dine-in but would consider takeout in the future.

   Restaurant was empty and cold. Waiter was new but very kind. Food was better than expected.

   Very expensive for mediocre food. Next time we have a movie we could spend the same money at Morton’s

   My family’s experience was not like anything in the past. We had not had dinner at Rosa in quite a while and will not be back after a very disappointing food experience. The guacamole was put in the middle of our table with a big wooden spoon. I thought it was for serving maybe, but realized it was meant to stir the ingredients together. There were so many chopped onions and checks of avocado thrown in the bowl. We did have the server prepare the dish , however he might have been new and not trained correctly. The rest of our meal was just okay. Sauce on my husband dish was too sweet and a bit smothered in the sauce. Was definitely overpriced for the quality of the food.

   We really enjoyed the dinner. Benny our server was fantastic and really attentive to everything. We hadn’t been in years so it was nice to come back and still enjoy the quality of the food

   Everything was great but the bathrooms were really dirty, no toilet paper, just wasn’t a great part of the experience

   Mediocre Mexican food. Good service, however. Tableside guacamole and drinks are good. However the food is not very impressive particularly the fajitas. You can definitely get much better food for significantly less money and many other places. Not as posh as the one I’ve been to in Manhattan, but again same food

   Spicy sauce was requested to be on the side and came on food. Was not given beans and rice till almost done with tacos. Asked for water and that came after the bill.

    I didn’t appreciate the Host seating us at a table when I requested a booth. Then she lied and said she had many reservations of 4 people. There was so many tables of 4 open ALSO there was a couple (2ppl) sitting at a booth. Nonetheless, food was really good and my waiter had great customer service.
