With accolades like winner of the Food Networks Beat Bobby Flay and competing on Guy's Grocery Games, local Chef Kevin Naderi loves developing global flavors and serving his hometown.
Roost’s 50-seat space is cozy and unpretentious, amid walls paneled with old shutters and Edison-like light fixtures. Roost’s rustic and diverse menu is revised every five weeks, inspired by local availability of farm-fresh seasonal ingredients and flavors of the world, including the American South, Asia, and from the Middle East, taking advantage of Chef Naderi’s Persian heritage.

Roost never disappoints. I love that the cauliflower is always on the menu and most of the dishes change every couple of months, always something new and fabulous to try. Happy hour prices are fantastic for wine, perfect location for before a show.

Cozy spot with inventive menu. The bread service is a must. They also have a nicely curated wine list.

I have been to the restaurant on numerous occasions and have had great experiences. This time something was amiss. The quality of my steak was not up to par. My wife's shrimp and grits were good.

The food here is consistently delicious. Service is always very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere too, very cozy and not too loud. Highly recommend!

Excellent wait staff. Tasty food. I understand how the parking situation can get tight given the limited space in front of the restaurant but it wasn't an issue for us coming in earlier than normal. Great wine as well! Overall a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.

We love the rotating menus, and this one is spectacular - you have got to try it. I have food allergies and this menu is accommodating while allowing me to enjoy delicious foods. Also, Abi’s service was incredible and equally impressive. She is attentive and professional, we request her every time.

Really great food for restaurant week menu. Everyone said their food was delicious also. We had zucchini chips, crab beignets, steak, fish, and wine drinks. Service was friendly but not overly attentive. Dessert was served and I had to get up to ask for more spoons to share. But the server was fairly new so I give her grace. Ambiance was homey and nothing fancy. Parking was not good - no valet and very little restaurant parking which was full. Had to drive down several neighbors streets to find street parking. The food spoke for itself. I’d definitely go back.
