   The service was very poor. There was only one waiter managing the entire floor, and the host at the desk was inexperienced and unprofessional.

   Every food that we ordered were good. Brooklyn beer was also nice. Our table was just located exit door, so the people frequently goes out and the winter cold air comes in at door open, which made my family feel some uncomfortableness.

   Our server was very nice and detail oriented(Adriana). The food was good, I had steak, my wife had blackened salmon(it’s okay not quite special for its price), the fries and burger was good. The cheesecake was good as well. However the sound system(speakee)was directly above our table and it was mad blasting, it competes with our conversation. The view was nice. However due to the christmas lights indoors, it reflects when your peak through the glass window.

   The only thing good about this place is the ambiance. Food dos not come out at the same time for the table, which is like, restaurant 101. Steak was undercooked (not slightly either, the center was cold). Drinks from bar were nothing special, certainly not what you expect for the price. The only good thing was the service, so we still left a decent tip. Unless they make substantial changes to get that kitchen squared away, this was not worth the 7 bills for 6 people. It was worth half that at best. 1 star - food 3 stars - bar (only cause they had premium spirits) 0 stars - value 4 stars - service 4 stars - ambiance

   I made reservations at the RoofTop restaurant for myself and my daughters. The views of the skyline were stunning, and the atmosphere was upbeat yet relaxing. We ordered a few small plates and drinks, and everything was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, although it was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend The RoofTop. The views, food, and specialty drinks are all top-notch. We had a wonderful experience.
